As many of may no HR 3991 seeks to increase, gas taxes by 15%/.06 per gallon, all registration fees, title fees, and doubles payroll transit tax.
There will be a referendum to put the following before the Voters in Nov. The circulation of this cannot take place until the Governor signs the bill and if she delays this it will not be available until Nov. 14th. That will give us only about 30 days to obtain enough signatures. 78,000 are needed but the goal is 100,000 to account for errors.

There will be Petition Captains who will be coordinating petition distribution to circulators, training them and returning mailing to a main clearing house for verification and keeping a count of the returns. It’s going to take all of to send a clear message to Kotek and democrats that we will stop them from taxing us without representation.
